Bevel gears from Graessner

In the program there are DynaGear, PowerGear, ValueGear, BevelGear and PlanetGear.
Gears are made by Gleason form. There are taper roller bearings in all gearboxes which gives a very long lifetime and no increase of backlash.

The gearbox performance is limited by the maximum allowable oil bath temperature. The required effective performance must not exceed the limit values allowed for continuous duty.
If on intermittent duty or in the event of increased ambient temperatures, the following factors can be applied as guide values for the determination of the related allowable thermal performance limit.

  • Single stage right angle gearbox with ratios from 3:1 to 15:1
  • The gearbox is lubricated for life and under normal industrial conditions the gearbox is maintenance free after installation
  • Single piece cast aluminium housing for maximum rigidity and small weight
  • The high efficiency of the gearbox, up to 96%
  • High quality taper roller bearings
  • The DynaGear performance is adjusted to all major servomotors and can be variable adapted via flange and coupling
  • Using the coupling stiffness, the system torsional resonance behaviour can be tuned
  • Backlash < 2-5 arcmin
