Doctor Holders & Doctoring Systems

ORADOC has delivered doctoring systems to the Nordic Countries since 1982 and has more than 25 years of experience from own design and manufacturing, where the following items are included:

  • Design and construction
  • Internal manufacturing of all important items
  • Doctor backs are heat treated, stress relieved and machined in its working position
  • Assembly and quality control of all the manufacturing
  • Installation of the doctoring systems, supervising or erection
  • “Turn-Key” deliveries incl. the CE declaration

Doctor Backs
ORADOC doctor backs are designed expressly for the specific application on the machine. The most suitable materials are used, in order to grant a very high stability. All doctor backs are tested before delivery.

Orablades
ORADOC supply a wide range of high quality blades, suitable for any need and for all applications, with rivets or pins for any types of blade holders.

ANCILLARY EQUIPMENTS
All other items accompanying the doctors, like supports, oscillators, controls, are designed and produced in order to have the best results from the ORADOC doctors

ORACLEAN
Rigid cleaning doctors, made of stainless steel or carbon steel, in different types and shapes. Blades: any type, 75 mm or 3” high.

ORAFLEX Duetto
This advanced system grants a perfect cleaning of the cylinders, using the DUETTO technology based on ORAFLEX twin doctors. The doctor back is designed in order to grant vibration-free operation and to fit to cylinders of different diameters. Blades: any type, 75 mm or 3” high.

  • Presses
  • First and last dryers

 ORACREPE flexible creping doctor
is a very special item, which grants the best creping operation with a low blade load and a perfect copying of the Yankee profile. This doctor, installed on hundreds of Machines, has solved a lot of problems, such as vibrations, marks, strips, a.s.o. Its natural evolution is the VARICREPE System, which enables the changing of the blade angle while the machine is running.
