C Helical gear unit

Due to the different gear case options available this coaxial gear unit series is particularly versatile. Available in 10 gear unit sizes with accelerating torque between 70 and 8000 Nm. The gear unit is delivered with an output shaft and the stiffness of the house allow higher torque and lower backlash than the standards of the market. Foot mounted or different types of flanges are available in order to fit in any assembly. On the motor side of the unit is the well developed adaptor system MR or MQ designed for three phase AC asynchronous motors resp. AC synchronous motors. Alternatively are the motors direct assembled on to the gear for best integration in the machine. All helical gear units type C are being delivered with oil. Up to size 5, about 800 Nm, will an oil change not be required under normal operating conditions.

K Helical bevel gear units

This far the only gear unit with the complete housing made in one single piece and therefore extremely torsional stiff. The stiffness of the housing allow very narrow tolerances which result in a very robust design with high turning torque and low backlash. The gear is delivered with output shaft or hollow shaft as standard and in combination with output flanges. On the motor side of the unit is the well developed adaptor system MR or MQ designed for three phase AC asynchronous motors resp. AC synchronous motors. Alternatively are the motors direct assembled on to the gear for best integration in the machine. Helical gear units type K are being delivered with oil. Up to size 4, about 500 Nm, will an oil change not be required under normal operating conditions.
