S Helical worm gear unit

Very compact design with a helical stage as a pre stage, which allow high input speeds. Gear ratios up to 680:1 and still with a high efficiency. On the motor side of the unit is the well developed adaptor system MR or MQ designed for three phase AC asynchronous motors resp. AC synchronous motors. Alternatively are the motors direct assembled on to the gear for best integration in the machine. All helical worm gear units type S are being delivered with oil.

Compacta slip-on geared motors

The gears are built in a modulsystem by pressed aluminium. They have integrated limit switches that gives a signal when you reached your set numbers of rotation. Quick adjustment of the limit switches without open control box. Very compact gear according to use of helical and worm gear together
